nustarcasino does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustarcasino makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nustarcasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
nustarcasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nustarcasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nustarcasino will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the nustarcasino Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
